Refund policy

 

Our products are made to order, and many are personalized. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections, or personalized items, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with the wrong design, email support@sacredkeepsake.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim with ShineOn, our fulfillment partner. ShineOn may approve a remake or replacement of the affected item or part at no additional charge. Claims for U.S. orders must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. International claims must be submitted within 55 days after delivery. A photo or video may be required.

Because products are made to order, refunds are not generally available. Any refund will be considered only where required by law or specifically approved after review.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
